Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

10/14/23 Was curious about their calzones. Well first impression was not that appetizing but I was like let's see it cooked. Wanted to air fry since that was an option and the dough was so thin holding it together the bottom split putting it in the basket. Cooked it and yet again, since the crust being so thin it like disintegrated on the bottom and left me with an open face calzone I had to flip over once taking it out. Saddest looking stuffed pizza I've ever seen. The kids working here look stressed always. I'm hoping it taste better then it looks. Also wondering why when I used a 25% coupon off $20, my total was 21.99 and it only takes off 1.50? We got a stuffed and a salad. It excluded NYC, specials and Tuesday deals. So I don't know why it doesn't work. Yeah it's $4 extra dollars I'm not saving but it doesn't make any sense. Why give out the coupons. Wish the crew had more support/quality checks. Hope this location doesn't go further down hill.

Bought pizza from this location twice this week. My experience is that they do not fill orders as they come in, but fill them based on what's easiest. Both times I waited over thirty minutes for my order and watched multiple people who placed they're orders after me leaving with their pizza before me. The manager there needs to educate the employees on customer service. I can understand this happening now and then, but twice in three days... Also, when they make a chicken bacon stuffed crust they keep spreading the toppings on the top layer around the center and not all over it. I understand they are trying to make it fast, but they should also make it correct.

An absolute disaster of a business I would not recommend going here to go anywhere else. I am so irritated right now I called in an order. It was very simple. I showed up 25 minutes later, and there was no record of my order so then I paid for the pizza and waited patiently they took the wrong name down, my name is Sam. I somehow gotten listed as Melissa and so I waited another 45 minutes before I get my pizza.

We ordered online at 3:56. We got to the store at 4:30. Our two jack-o-lantern pizzas (cheese and pepperoni with 2 olives) were estimated to be done by 4:27. Not only were they not ready, but the staff was clearly prioritizing in store orders. When we got there, they were in the middle of a 7 pizza in store order. We had to wait in line to talk to them until 4:50, and they told us they would start our order then. We saw a massive pile of online order tickets on the counter that they were just simply ignoring. 10 minutes later, the gentleman behind the counter asked if we were waiting on an order, asked us for our name again, and another employee responded it was just then being started. Even before we got our pizza, the person who ordered in store right before us in line got his first. Absolutely ridiculous for two simple pizzas.

I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, it was totally wrong. This is no big deal. Mistakes are only human.. What got me was how long I had to wait for them to fix it. I waited 35 minutes for that fix! I got a "sorry about that".. I was pretty irritated. I would have been much happier if I got the mistake pizza. It was a special orders. I'm sure they weren't going to be able to sell it. Irritated. But, when I got home I threw the pizza in the oven, and when I started eating it, I totally forgot how mad I was. The pizza was soooo good. I'll give it to Papa Murphy's. Their pizza is definitely some of the best.. Now, if customer service could catch up.

Walked in today for the first time and being Halloween it was super busy but can I just say even though they were super busy the customer service was A+++++. Being my first time in I was greeted right away with a smile I let them know it was my first time in and the gal let me know me know where to go. I will definitely be ordering from here more often. Folks if you see them super busy please be nice they are working so hard to get the orders out. -Elle

Order online a few hours ahead of pick up get there 15 mins after pick up time not even ready made to wait outside for over a hour after scheduled pick up with other also waiting.. yet call in orders after us came and left ahead of us who already paid it was like they already took our money so who cares get the new people money now and we can just wait... so after a hour I go back and find out they can't even find my online order the guy was rude the way he talked to me and others and to come and find out mine was done just left behind the counter so it just sat there because they lost the slip!!!
